Jenni’s experience working on transformational HR strategy, evolving corporate cultures, talent management, and change management brings a unique perspective in helping her clients plan for positive growth and evolution. She has had great success in building high performing teams and helping women break through the glass ceiling. Her passion for developing individual executives, up and coming management, and strengthening leadership teams is woven through her approach for driving performance excellence. 

Prior to launching pfaff HR, Jenni spent 17 years working as a Senior Human Capital Leader at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Activision Blizzard, and Northrop Grumman where she helped her clients improve operational performance by focusing on the people side of the business. She also spent years coaching leaders and teams on how to maximize their true potential.  She finds passion in helping to develop women in STEM and has had the privilege of coaching many people in this space.  

Jenni holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.  She obtained her executive coaching credential from the Center for Executive Coaching and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
